Saturday 24 July at the end of the 13th edition, the big round table organized by Arpa Sicilia, Greenpeace and Amnesty International will talk about environmental and social justice to protect the environment and human health. Professor Gabriella Marcatajo, from the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Palermo, spoke.
Afterwards, ARPA Sicilia will present ARPINA, the Environmental Information Project: initiatives in favor of consumers, promoted by the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Region. The goal is to raise awareness and inform citizens on the issues of respect, protection and enhancement of biodiversity and ecosystems. There will be Giuseppe Peraino Mayor of San Vito Lo Capo, Vincenzo Infantino Director General of ARPA Sicily, Chiara Di Maria Head of the Sicily District of Amnesty International Italy and Giuseppe Onufrio Director of Greenpeace Italy.
