Sinossi: Ti alzi alle cinque, prendi le vitamine, un po’ d’acqua con il caffè, lavori per qualche ora, mangi gli omega e i flavonoidi, lavori ancora un po’, un po’ di ginnastica, poi una doccia. Ma è inutile tentare di toglierti la sabbia dai capelli.

Synopsis: You get up at five, eat your vitamins, take some water with your coffee, work for a few hours, eat your omegas and flavonoids, work a little more, get some exercise, and then take a shower. But don’t bother trying to wash the sand out of your hair.
